- The owner of the house we're renting sent imcomptent people to install AC. He sent different incompetent people to fix issues created by the installers, creating worse issues. Looking for people to do AC repair ourselves we were stood up by two different service people, probably because of how bad our setup was. Southcoast was the exact opposite. They told us who would be showing up and when. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was punctual. He inspected our system and everything he said was consistent with our observations. He made what improvements he could while not having an important replacement part. As he was obtaining the part he kept clear and consistent communication with about the current state. When he knew he would have the needed part he scheduled his second visit. That day he called ahead again and arrived exactly as expected. His repair work went exactly as stated, no surprises. I'm completely satisfied with the work that was done and thrilled with the professionalism and customer care.
